About BO/GAR Enterprises
Bo/Gar Enterprises is a global Tier 1 supplier to multiple OEMs. We currently provide services in the CNC Precision machining, complex assembly, and fabrication fields. We opened the doors in 1984 and haven’t looked back. We are excited to announce our third division, currently being opened in Victoria, TX.
Our Company
Bo/Gar Enterprises Inc. is a certified multifaceted manufacturing and assembly plant. We have built and continue to build our reputation through customer service, practical application experience, and total quality throughout our innovative machining, fabrication, and assembly processes.
Our machining and assembly manufacturing team is multi-talented and has the expertise to bring products through prototype stages into full production – whether it is an individual piece or a complex assembly.
We specialize in Supply Chain Management and Lean Manufacturing concepts that allow us to deliver the highest quality parts and assemblies to our global customers on-time and without defects.
History
BO/GAR Enterprises, Inc. began business operations in East Peoria, Illinois, in 1984.
We moved operations to Wyoming, Illinois, in 1989. In early 1990, BO/GAR became the sole supplier of Commutator Poles for General Electric Company and, in October of 1991, became a “Certified Caterpillar Supplier.”
In August 1997, BO/GAR received the honor of being awarded the first “Supplier Alliance Award” given by East Peoria Caterpillar.
BO/GAR became QS-9000 certified in October 2001 and ISO 9001:2008 certified in September 2006, with continued re-certification yearly.
BO/GAR continues to receive OEM certifications from our customers.
Quality
Bo/Gar’s goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services that consistently meet or exceed their quality and delivery requirements through “Total Quality Management” (TQM) principles and World Class Manufacturing techniques.
We achieve this goal by continuously improving our quality performance through Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, and a continuous improvement mentality. Our commitment is to measure and improve our Quality Operating Systems through employee involvement, state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, and measuring our effectiveness to customer requirements and satisfaction.
Bo/Gar utilizes 6 Sigma, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). These proven systems have enabled Bo/Gar to receive awards and certifications. Bo/Gar Enterprises, Inc. is ISO 9001:2015 certified with TUV Rheinland of North America.
